  • If you're thinking about booking Chef Cory, do it before somebody else takes your date. He catered my wife's wedding shower and absolutely killed it. The food was honestly one of the main talking points of the entire day. People kept going back up for more and hovering around the table like they were "just looking." The tarts were on another level. Those disappeared immediately and easily stole the show. The bruschetta was a close second and was ridiculously good. The charcuterie board looked great, everything was fresh, and somehow the chicken salad sandwiches turned into the sleeper hit where everyone kept grabbing another one every time they walked by. What I appreciated most though was how easy he was to work with. Great communication the whole way through, professional, organized, on time, and zero stress. That stuff matters just as much as the food when you're putting an event together. We'll absolutely use him again and I'd recommend him to anyone. Bridal showers, parties, birthdays, business events... if food matters, Chef Cory's your guy.
